Developing Your Business Ambitions

Running our own business is varied, challenging and exciting. We often wish we had started our own company earlier because we find it so rewarding. However, when we first started and then began to steadily expand there was so much to learn.

We have found the services of Fourthinking really useful. To start with I attended a book keeping course which gave me all the information I needed to set up efficient systems that suited the needs of our business. This is working really well and recently even our accountant complimented us on our record keeping. I have also attended a marketing course which helped me to focus on how to attract more business. Our first website was developed with the help of Fourthinking and I am looking forward to attending a future business planning course and a teamwork session.

In my experience I have found Janette, Andrew and Angie to be friendly and informative. It was through talking with Andrew that I found out about relevant organisations such as the Federation of Small Businesses. Angie was really patient when I wanted to make amendments to information on our website and Janette was very helpful when it came to accessing funding towards training needs.

I am happy to say that our business is successful and growing. We are pleased with our progress but we are not complacent. We need to keep up to date and look for ways we can improve our practice. I would recommend Fourthinking and I am sure that WR Cleaning and Maintenance Ltd will continue to use their services in the future.
